Nonsuch Park Cheam

Nonsuch Park is an under rated park amongst the many in Surrey. Nonsuch school sits in one corner and there are times of the day when maybe the car parks are best avoided. By chance I was there this afternoon as the sun was going down, the rain had stopped but with only the I Phone as a camera. These photos attempt to capture a chill winter late afternoon. A certain amount of adult ADHD was also apparent in those attempting to leave the car park.

Amy Winehouse Tribute

Recently had the pleasure to be able to photograph an Amy Winehouse tribute act. I have never before considered myself a fan but in fact recognised most of the songs but had no idea she sang them. The venue was an excellent pub in Weybridge called The Hand and Spear. Photogenic singer who was superb. She did not introduce herself so cannot tell you her name.

Painshill Park in Cobham Surrey

At any season Painshill is a beautiful place to visit. Autumn it can sometimes be at its best, with autumnal colours, swans, cygnets and numerous other bird fowl. If you have not been there then you should visit. The walks, the landscape, the bridges are impressive. Tonight just a little photo tour only. And wednesdays in November it is free to visit.

Katie Spider Has Longer Legs

As an update on the antics of Katie Spider. Over the last few days of sunshine and warmth, she has done little else other than eat. She even has a spare food morsel in her web. But her legs are growing longer and her stomach clearly so. She looks like a spider wearing leggings. But the clever spider has also been learning to write. If you look at the top of the web above Katie she has typed a little letter K into her web, but maybe a little off balance as the K is on the side instead of upright.

Mole Valley SVR v Carshalton AFC FA Cup Preliminary Round 2014

A tremendous game of football that was far closer for much of the game than the eventual scoreline of 1-5 would suggest. Some great banter and cabaret on the touchline between the coaching staff.
