Painshill Park in Autumn
Colours were quite amazing especially over the vineyard . A beautiful autumnal walk in warm coloured light. A rather odd sight of some photographers trying to shoot a model there…. less said the better…

Sometimes when you photograph a game you get lucky. The game is exciting, or there are spectacular goals. Sometimes though you just get a series of quite unintentional photos. Here are a few photos from a Preliminary Round game in the FA Cup 2016 Carshalton Athletic v Farnham Town.
The keeper is punching the ball at the precise moment the shot is taken
Trail left on a 3G pitch
Two things I like about this shot. The sign saying “no ball games allowed” and the photographer here imagining nothing interesting will happen.
Tommy Bradford, a Carshalton forward seems to have become a dwarf
The guy in the background leaning onto the pitch and gesticulating gives the impression of being not only Voldemort but also a pony tail for this Farnham Town player
Nonsuch Park is an under rated park amongst the many in Surrey. Nonsuch school sits in one corner and there are times of the day when maybe the car parks are best avoided. By chance I was there this afternoon as the sun was going down, the rain had stopped but with only the I Phone as a camera. These photos attempt to capture a chill winter late afternoon. A certain amount of adult ADHD was also apparent in those attempting to leave the car park.
I have nothing against Peterborough and indeed the people I met today at the football ground were pleasant and normal. Â However it was a little like arriving in a parallel universe. Â This is more easily explained using photographic evidence to support my case.
Well kind of. The mastermind behind these superb FIMO creatures has made a series of them for her friends as xmas presents. She will also be taking orders in the NEw Year. I am impressed by these, so maybe you might be also. Do spread the word
FIMO is a brand of polymer clay that one buys in little brick sizes not much larger than a matchbox. All colours. Recently the 12-year old has got heavily into making small models. Gradually she has become more adept and uses scalpels, watches YouTube tutorial videos and generally more proficient. She now has become excellent at making these tiny models each around 2 inches tall maximal. Today she has produced various little cakes. a narwhal, HelloKitty cupcakes and other interesting little items. Here are a few samples of her work. Do spread the word.
