51 Blakes Lane . New Malden. What does anyone know about this house?
I walk past here daily and the house looks quite abandoned. The roof is in a sorry state and generally the outside looks in poor condition. 
What do we know about this property? Does anyone live there? Has anyone seen the occupants? There are horror stories about people being found dead in their house 2-3 years later.
Simply does anyone know something?

Suggestion : check if the car has a valid mot
Could do… would have to go down their drive … but the car looks ancient and might be scapped anyway. It’s parked on private property etc. But good call
They found guns in there and police weee there for days a couple of years ago. I think there is planning application to knock it down and build two houses
